• Any insights, forecasts, or recommendations (including AI-powered or FX-related outputs) are for information only and should not be relied on as financial advice.[file:2]

2. Open Banking Access

• We use regulated open banking and account connectivity providers to access your bank and card data when you authorise it.[file:2]
• Your banking login credentials are never shared with or stored by Vzr0; they are handled directly by our regulated connectivity partners.[file:2]
• Data retrieved through open banking is used only to provide and improve the Services, including insights, budgeting, and payment initiation where supported.[file:2]

3. Smart Payment Flows

• Card top-ups, wallet funding, and payouts to bank accounts are processed via licensed payment partners and providers.[file:2]
• International transfers and FX services are provided through third-party partners and are subject to their terms and network rules.[file:2]
• Vzr0 does not at any time hold or custody your money on its own balance sheet.[file:2]

4. FX Predictions & Insights

• FX insights and forecasts are generated using historical data, market information, and internal or third-party models.[file:2]
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or performance of any FX rate, forecast, or market-related information.[file:2]
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on FX information within the app.[file:2]

5. AI-Generated Insights

• AI-powered features (including chatbots, insights, and predictive analytics) rely on automated models that may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.[file:2]
• AI outputs are provided for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.[file:2]
• You should independently verify important information and consider professional advice before acting on any suggestions.[file:2]

6. Fees

• Certain Services (including top-ups, withdrawals, and FX) may include percentage-based or fixed fees, which can include a Vzr0 platform fee component.[file:2]

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.[file:2]

• Vzr0 is not liable for losses arising from third-party banking or payment errors, network failures, or partner downtime.[file:2]
• We are not responsible for FX movements, market changes, or any loss arising from reliance on insights, forecasts, or AI-generated content.[file:2]
• We are not liable for incorrect, delayed, or incomplete data received from banks, partners, or other third parties.[file:2]

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the lower of: (a) the amount you have paid to us for the Services, if any, or (b) £100.[file:2]

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions described in our full Terms.[file:2]
