6. Fees, Limits & Charges
- What you pay overall. When you add money to your Vzr0 wallet (a “top‑up”) using a payment card, the total amount charged to your card is made up of: (a) the amount added to your wallet balance, plus (b) fees for payment processing and Vzr0’s services, and (c) any payout or withdrawal fees (where applicable).
- Wallet top‑up amount. This is the amount you choose to add to your wallet (for example, £100). This entire amount is credited to your wallet balance once the transaction is completed, unless the transaction is reversed or refunded.
- Payment processing fee (card fee). Our payment providers charge a fee for processing card payments. This is typically a percentage of the top‑up amount plus a small fixed amount per transaction. The exact percentage and fixed amount depend on: (a) your card type (debit, credit, American Express or similar), (b) whether the card is domestic or international relative to your account country, and (c) the region your account is registered in (for example, the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, Canada, Australia / New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, India, or another supported country). These payment processing fees are passed through to you and are included in the total amount charged to your card.
- Vzr0 platform fee.We charge a small platform fee on each wallet top‑up to cover the cost of providing the Vzr0 app and related services. This fee is calculated as a percentage of your top‑up amount and may differ by region. For example, the platform fee percentage in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area may be lower than in certain other countries, such as the United States, Canada, Australia / New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, India, or other supported regions. The exact platform fee applicable to your transaction is always shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payout / withdrawal fee. When you withdraw funds from your Vzr0 wallet to your bank account or payment card, we may apply a payout fee. This is typically calculated as a small percentage of the withdrawal amount, and may also reflect any fees charged by our payout / instant transfer partners in your country (for example, Faster Payments in the UK, SEPA / local bank rails in Europe, or instant debit card payouts in other regions). Any payout or withdrawal fee will be clearly displayed in the app before you confirm the payout.
- How fees vary by country and region. Our fee structure takes into account the underlying payment costs and local conditions in each country. In particular:
- United Kingdom (GB) and European Economic Area (EU).Card processing and platform fees are generally lower for domestic debit and credit cards, with higher fees for American Express and international cards. Fixed per‑transaction amounts are typically denominated in GBP or EUR.
- United States (US) and Canada (CA).Card processing and platform fees are generally higher than in the UK / EU and may differ between credit and debit cards, as well as for international cards. Fixed fees are typically denominated in USD or CAD.
- Australia (AU) and New Zealand (NZ).Card and platform fees may be similar to North American levels, with specific fixed amounts in AUD or NZD, and higher pricing for certain card types and international transactions.
- Singapore (SG), Malaysia (MY), United Arab Emirates (AE), Hong Kong (HK), and India (IN).Card processing and platform fees in these regions reflect local payment scheme pricing and currency. Fees may differ between domestic and international cards, and between card brands (including credit, debit, and premium cards).
- Other supported countries. For other countries supported by Vzr0, we apply a default pricing structure that accounts for local card fees, currency, and regulatory requirements. Where your country is not explicitly listed above, the app will still show you the precise fees before you confirm any transaction.
- What you see in the app. Before you confirm any top‑up or withdrawal, the app will clearly show: (a) the amount going into or out of your wallet, (b) the payment processing fee, (c) the Vzr0 platform fee, and (d) any payout / withdrawal fee. By confirming the transaction, you authorise Vzr0 and its payment providers to charge the total amount shown and to deduct any applicable fees from the transaction amount or from your wallet balance, as applicable.
- Changes to fees.We may update our fees from time to time (for example, if our payment providers change their pricing, or due to regulatory or market changes). Updated fees will only apply to transactions initiated after the updated pricing is shown in the app or on our website.
- Wallet limits and monthly caps.We may apply funding limits, monthly top‑up caps, and maximum wallet balance thresholds to manage risk, comply with regulatory requirements, or meet partner conditions. Current limits (for example, a maximum total top‑up amount per month per wallet) are displayed in the app and may be updated from time to time.
