1. How to Submit a Complaint

  • Include account details, description, and screenshots if possible.

2. Our Response Process

  • Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
  • Full investigation and response within 15 business days.
  • Complex cases may require up to 35 days.

3. Escalation

  • If you are unsatisfied, we will escalate internally for senior review.
  • For issues involving banking, Stripe/TrueLayer/Salt Edge may intervene.
