1. How to Submit a Complaint

- Include account details, description, and screenshots if possible.
2. Our Response Process
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
- Full investigation and response within 15 business days.
- Complex cases may require up to 35 days.
3. Escalation
- If you are unsatisfied, we will escalate internally for senior review.
- For issues involving banking, Stripe/TrueLayer/Salt Edge may intervene.
