Refund & Chargeback Policy

Our refund policy aims to align with consumer standards in the UK, EU, US and other supported regions.

1. Subscription Refunds

• Users may request refunds within 14 days of purchase if services were not used.
• AI-generated insights or credit card features count as “usage”.

2. Card Top-Up Refunds

• Card top-ups are processed by licensed partners and follow their chargeback rules.
• VZro cannot reverse or modify card transactions.

3. Chargebacks

• Users must contact licensed partners or their card issuer for disputes. VZro does not handle chargebacks directly.
• VZro will cooperate with licensed partners during any dispute investigation.
