If you suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or believe you have been tricked into making a payment, it is important to act quickly.
Immediate Steps You Should Take
- Freeze or lock your account and cards in the app, if possible.
- Change your account password and email password.
- Remove unknown or untrusted devices from your account settings.
- Avoid further contact with suspected fraudsters.

Use the in-app “Report fraud” option where available, or contact official support:

- Any published fraud phone line for your region.
Only use contact details published in the app or on our website.
Information We May Ask For
To investigate effectively, we may request:
- Details of suspicious transactions.
- Screenshots of messages, emails or websites involved.
- Reference numbers from your bank or card provider.
- A brief description of what happened and when you noticed it.
What Happens After You Report
After receiving your report, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your report.
- Secure your account where necessary.
- Review account activity and work with partners as needed.
- Guide you on contacting your bank or card issuer where appropriate.
Coordination with Banks & Authorities
Where fraud involves bank access or payments, we work with Open Banking and payment partners to suspend tokens, revoke permissions or block activity.
